Our streaky and shortback bacon is made from pigs born and
reared on our family farm. Every step of the bacon making process is carried
out by ourselves, from butchery to dry curing.
Our smoked bacon is
smoked within the county bounds at a small smokers near Gloucester, who
smoke our bacon using English Oak woodchips to produce a superb,
distinctively flavoured product. The bacon is then cut and packed in our
butchery, where the other Simple Suppers products are made.
