Our short back and streaky bacon is made from pigs born and
reared on our family farm. Every step of the bacon making process is carried
out by ourselves, from butchery to dry curing, so the meat does not spend days
travelling round in chiller lorries.
The bacon is
smoked within the county at a small smokers near Gloucester, using English
Oak woodchips to produce a superb, distinctively flavoured product. The
bacon is then sliced and packed in our butchery. |
