We make cakes
in a in a range of sizes catering for families up to tearooms: Chocolate,
Victoria sponge, carrot, lemon & coffee.
Seasonal fruit
pies use only the king of cooking apples, Bramleys, on their own or with
soft fruit such as blackcurrants & raspberries. The hand made short crust
pastry is a secret recipe that melts in the mouth & offers a superb
complement to the tart flavour of the pieces of fruit. We do not cook the
fruit to a pulp beforehand, it is only cooked once piled high in the pie.
