Our sausages are hand
made from pigs born and reared on our family farm. We take them four miles
to Long Compton Abattoir, a small traditional facility. We have our own
butchery 5 miles away where the pigs are processed and made into sausage,
bacon and burgers. They also provide pork for our kitchen to make pies,
ready meals, snacks etc. So as you can see, from farm to plate is only a few
miles in total.
We use only natural skins and prime cuts of meat, the shoulder and the
belly, for the sausages.
Our aim is to make a superior, well filled sausage that is succulent and
tasty. This is borne out by the many awards we have obtained for our
sausages.
All produce purchased
online is fresh and not frozen.
When your order is received, the goods
will be made on our next production day. We will advise you by email when to
expect delivery by courier. It is important that you include your telephone
number with your order.
