All pies from Simple Suppers are freshly prepared, and with the exception of pork pies, can be frozen on the day of purchase or supplied ready frozen if preferred. (Please note: Produce ordered direct from this website is freshly prepared, & unfrozen.)

For those days when there is no time or inclination for cooking, Simple Supper's pre-cooked dishes are designed just to pop into the oven or microwave and can be reheated from frozen. The pastry for all our pies is made & rolled out by hand & is suitable for vegetarians.
All products from Simple Suppers are made in small batches to original recipes to capture that home-cooked taste that is lacking in so much of the bland mass-produced food of today

Careful selection of ingredients begins on the farm & carries on through preparation & cooking. Our butchers only use the very best meat & discard the rest. Our breeding stock is Large White X Landrace females & pure Large White boars, and choosing only female pigs for our butchery gives us the ideal depth of fat from this traditional breed.
